RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — He's a Mormon quarterback who has thrown for more than 4,300 yards and 38 touchdowns, including 546 yards and six touchdowns in one game. He's been his school's first 400-yard passer, then did it five more times during the year. Now he's receiving the most coveted recognition in his sport.And if you thought he was a BYU Cougar, you'd be wrong.__IMAGE1__Nick Graziano, senior quarterback at Division II Arkansas Tech, was named one of three finalists for the Harlon Hill Trophy, which recognizes the top player in Division II football. On Friday, Dec. 11, he finished third in voting with seven first-place, 17 second-place, and eight third-place votes.Graziano also had been selected as an AFCA Division II All-American, becoming only the fifth player from his school to be recognized for it.Graziano, an elder in the Russellville Ward in the North Little Rock Arkansas Stake, rewrote school and conference record books for passing and total offense this year, and accounted for 45 of the school's 66 touchdowns. The 6-foot-1, 227-pound University of Nevada transfer also has accounted for seven of the top 10 yardage marks in school history.
